Carla Jean Marks
Carla has been working in the insurance field since 1981. Licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia, she came home to Roanoke in 1990 and went to work for Wayne Tiller at Tiller Insurance Agency. In 1998 Carla was able to purchase the agency and become the Principal Agent. Licensed to sell both Life Insurance and Property and Casualty Insurance, Carla specializes in Life Insurance, Annuities, Business Insurance and Commercial Insurance.
Carla is married to Kenny and they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren and getting away to the beach or mountains.
Heather R. Etheridge
Heather has been with Marks-Tiller Insurance Agency since 2012. Her unique experience in real estate law, insurance defense law, bank insurance services, and car dealership administration makes her a great asset in serving her customers.
When not in the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband (wed in 2006) and her beautiful little girl. They enjoy visiting their hometown in Outer Banks, NC and other destinations along the east coast.
Chrisma “Sarai” Marks
Sarai has been with Marks-Tiller Insurance Agency since 2012. She worked as our receptionist until 2018 when she obtained her P&C license and is now a personal lines agent. Sarai is currently working on obtaining her CISR designation.
Sarai has a beautiful family with her husband, Ryan (wed in 2017) and their four children. She stays busy with her active family and loves to travel to the beach.
